Our Service Promise

To underline our confidence in our products and services, and our commitment to our Partners and Clients, we are pleased to offer our 'Service Promise'.

  1. BlackStar will answer all questions and queries from Partners and Clients quickly, efficiently and professionally.
  2. BlackStar will offer any supporting documentation necessary throughout the entire process, from initial discussions through to implementation.
  3. Unlike most providers, all BlackStar products come with in-built support up to and including the Special Commissioners.
  4. Introducer fees will be paid to our Partners on all fees earned by BlackStar (less costs) from work undertaken for the clients to whom they have introduced BlackStar.
  5. Once BlackStar is in receipt of the client fee, all commissions will be paid on 30 days from Partner invoice.
  6. For additional peace of mind, BlackStar can offer Fee Protection Insurance (at a small additional cost) to any Client purchasing a product or service from us.
