Adrian Jones
Adrian worked for UK Customs & Excise for 10 years as a Senior Officer and spent time in Customs, Intelligence and VAT roles before leaving to join WJB Chiltern, where he qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor and advised on a range of VAT issues to corporate clients; directly and through other professional intermediaries.
After five years at WJB Chiltern Adrian was invited to join Fortis Intertrust as in-house VAT Counsel. During his five years with Fortis Intertrust Adrian specialised in international VAT and developed particular expertise in yachts an aircraft and the high net worth sector generally.
Adrian now runs the BlackStar VAT Services business, an integral part of the BlackStar Tax Group.
