BlackStar in Your Team

As the tax planning market has become more complex and time consuming, many of our Partners have taken the decision not to develop any tax planning solutions internally. Instead they use BlackStar as an integral part of their team.

More recently, we have been working with some of our Partners to turn their own tax planning ideas into reality.

Many Partners see BlackStar products and services as an important additional income stream to their core business. Giving you the 'edge' with both new and existing Clients can be all important. Competition for Clients is increasing and our Partners have found that offering a larger range of tax planning and wealth management solutions is essential with Client retention, maximising billing opportunities with existing Clients and winning new Clients.

The relationship we forge with our Partners is as important to us as their relationship with their Clients. To aid in the development of this relationship we provide their team with full technical briefings, training and support on all our products and services, together with a 'with client' meeting assistance service. Our 'with Client' meeting service ensures that our Partners always have access to our advisors to attend Client presentation meetings and consultations.

Support and Administration

Our team has in excess of 100 years of experience of working in conjunction with Clients and their professional advisors. It is always our policy to ensure that Clients and advisors are in complete agreement and understanding regarding any assistance provided through BlackStar.

We have two administration centres whose mission is to provide both Clients and Partners with guaranteed turnaround and response times to any queries or new business applications.
